You have confirmed that you wish to publicly acknowledge your financial and/or in-kind support of Manaaki Kaimai Mamaku Trust (MKMT). MKMT has provided you with the approved MKMT supporter logo and email signature for your use.

You agree not to alter the logo and email signature in any way and you agree to abide by the design guidelines for its use. MKMT may from time to time change the supporter logo and email signature and will provide you with the updated version.  You agree to obtain written permission from MKMT should you wish to use the MKMT logo for any other purpose or in any other electronic or digital format. 

You agree that the MKMT supporter logo and email signature will not be used in a way that damages or has the potential to damage MKMT’s reputation or the reputation of the Kaimai Mamaku Restoration Project. MKMT reserves the right to ask you to remove the MKMT supporter logo, email signature, or any other MKMT collateral, at any time.

You agree to indemnify MKMT against all claims, action, losses and expenses of any nature by any person arising from your use of the MKMT supporter logo and email signature. Your use of MKMT supporter logo and email signature does not give you the right to enter into any commitment, contract or agreement on behalf of MKMT or any associated body, or make any public statement or comment on behalf of MKMT.
